From caring about the Keys, not knowing how To easy ways to join a cleanup.

The problem.

Caring about the Florida Keys is not the same as knowing how to help. A nonprofit running cleanup outings needs to explain the work, welcome unfamiliar volunteers, and show supporters where they fit. Its website also has to serve different intentions, from someone looking for a volunteer day to a business considering sponsorship.

The client.

The Conch Republic Marine Army gives residents and visitors a hands-on way to care for the waters around us. OMG's nonprofit website and brand project gives that mission a public home, connecting the story of mangrove restoration with clear ways to join a cleanup, become a member, or support the work.

What we did.

We organized the website around the mission and the ways people can take part. Cleanup information sits alongside routes to membership, donations, and trip sponsorship, giving each kind of supporter somewhere relevant to go. Photos of volunteers and the habitats they protect keep the work grounded in real places. Media coverage, sponsor recognition, and information about the organization provide additional context. Together, those pieces present a community effort that visitors can understand before deciding how they want to contribute.

The finished project.

The live website connects the Marine Army's environmental mission with practical opportunities to participate. Visitors can find cleanup locations, explore support options, and learn about the organization behind the boats. It serves as a shared starting point for volunteers, donors, and sponsors, rather than asking everyone to follow the same path.

The takeaway.

A nonprofit website should do more than explain why the work matters. It should help each willing supporter find a meaningful next step.
