Branding that reads like you.

Identity, naming, voice and art direction for new and established Keys businesses. We start every engagement with brand. The channels follow.

A mark people remember from the dock, the menu and the door.

Everything a brand needs to stand up on its own.

The full brand build, from the first working session to the handbook the next person reads. Every engagement is scoped to what your brand actually needs.

Side effects may include more bookings and an urge to explain kerning at the Cuban coffee stand.

  • Brand strategy

The written articulation of what the brand is. Positioning, audience, the voice you talk in, the room you want the customer to feel they walked into.

  • Identity system

Wordmark, secondary marks, type system, color palette, iconography or photography style. A system that flexes across every surface the business runs on.

  • Naming and verbal identity

When a name is in play, we write the candidates, check trademark and domain availability, and recommend. Same care goes into the lines the brand says to the customer.

  • Art direction

The photography brief, the video brief, the cinematic brief. The kind of light, the kind of crop, the kind of room your dining room looks like and no one else's.

  • Applied surfaces

Signage, menus, packaging, merch, vehicle wraps, social templates. The work that turns the brand from a guidelines PDF into a thing the customer actually sees.

  • Brand guidelines

The handbook the next person who picks up the brand reads. Tight enough that the social manager you hire next year stays on brand without calling us.

  • Just need a logo?

Our logo design service is the focused starting point, and it comes with the same crew behind it.

How it goes.

A full identity build runs eight to twelve weeks out of the Key West office. Nothing arrives on Keys time unless you want it to.

  • Start with a conversation A 90-minute working session in Key West or on video. We listen, we ask, we leave with a written read of what the brand is trying to be.
  • Strategy first Positioning, voice and audience in one document. You read it, we revise once, we lock it. Everything downstream points back to it.
  • Directions, then a system Two or three directions explored in design, presented to the room, picked. Then the picked one is built out. TypeColorMarkPhotography
  • Applied and handed off We apply the brand to the surfaces you need it on and hand over a guidelines package the next person can read alone.

Fair questions.

  • Do we have to redo the whole brand to work with you?

No. The work scales. Some clients hire OMG for the full identity, others bring an existing mark and want a system built around it. We will tell you on the first call whether a refresh, a refinement, or a clean-sheet build is the right call.

  • Can we hire OMG for the logo only?

Yes. Our logo design service is the focused starting point. If we agree there is a deeper brand problem, we will say so. If a logo is what you need, that is what you get.

  • How long does a brand engagement take?

Eight to twelve weeks for a full identity build, covering strategy, marks, system and applied surfaces. Faster for a refresh, longer when naming or category strategy is in play. We scope it on the first call and put it in writing inside a week.

  • Do you do brand without the website?

Yes. Most engagements run the brand and the site together because that is how the channels land coherently, but we will run brand standalone and hand a guidelines package to your existing web team.

  • What if we already have a brand and just want OMG to run the channels?

That is fine. We run social, search, paid and cinematic on existing brand systems all the time. We read the guidelines, stay on it, and push back only where the channel work asks the brand to do something it cannot.

  • Who works on a brand engagement?

Britt Myers runs the studio and leads the strategic frame and voice work. Jordan leads design, Andrei shoots brand photography and cinematics on location in the Keys, and Jason Koler sits on the parent side at Keys Weekly. Every brand engagement runs out of the Key West office.
