Search & AI Visibility.

Help customers find you when they search for what you do. Technical improvements, local business profiles, and useful content built around your services and locations.

What we build

After a discovery call, we put the deliverables, timeline, and price in writing. One-time work, ongoing services, platform costs, and any minimum commitment are identified in the scope before you decide.

  • Google Business Profile claim + optimization for every location

  • Local pack optimization

    categories, photos, posts, review velocity

  • On-page SEO

geo-modified H1s, titles, meta descriptions, internal linking

  • Schema.org markup

LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, Review (real reviews only)

  • Content briefs and long-tail informational pages

  • Backlink work

local press, partners, chambers, real publications

  • Rank tracking

local pack + organic, reported monthly

How the work runs.

We audit your website and business profiles to find the most useful places to start.

  • Discovery

We start with what you actually do, who pays you, and where the friction is. Phone call, walk-through, intake doc.

  • Strategy

A short, written plan you can read in one sitting. Scope, deliverables, timeline, owner per task.

  • Execution

We build. You review at named checkpoints.

  • Handoff

Launched, documented, and yours. We stay on for ongoing care if you want it; we are not in the business of holding logins hostage.

Five signals, one honest picture.

Every number keeps its history and its comparison, last month and last year, so a green dashboard can't hide a slow bleed.

The data comes out three ways: a monthly PDF report in OMG branding that tells the story in plain English, a client portal with the live numbers you can open any day, and the "Searches we’re working on" list in the portal for paid plans, where each target search shows where you rank now and how far it has moved since we started.

  • Google Search performance

Clicks, impressions, and average position from Search Console, tracked over the last 28 days against the 28 before, and against the same 28 days a year ago. Collected daily, so a drop shows up in days, not at the end of a quarter.

  • Analytics and conversions

GA4 sessions tracked the same way: recent window against the prior window and the year before. When a site's property has history, you see the year-over-year line, not a vanity number.

  • Site health and speed

Automated audits and mobile performance testing on a fixed schedule: nightly on paid plans, weekly otherwise. Core Web Vitals drift, broken pages, and regressions get caught before a customer finds them.

  • The searches you want to win

Together we pick a short list of searches worth winning, like "waterfront restaurant Stock Island" or "sandbar tour Marathon," and tie each one to the page that should rank for it. The monitor tracks where you sit on Google for every one of them, the clicks it brings in, and how far it has moved since we started. It also filters out the rank-checking bots that inflate desktop impressions, so the numbers are people.

  • AI visibility

Weekly probes ask the big AI answer engines real questions real customers ask, like "best fish shack in Marathon" or "boat tour with kids in Key Largo," and record whether you show up, who does instead, and how the answers change over time.

Watch it. Or watch it and fix it.

Monitoring can run standalone or bundled into an existing engagement. Health-only checks are available for sites we don’t build.

  • OMG Monitor

Daily search and analytics collection, weekly health, speed, and AI-visibility checks, the monthly branded PDF, and client portal access.

  • Monitor + Improve

Everything in Monitor, plus the fix work the report finds, your target search list tracked daily in the portal, and a direct line to the team watching your numbers.

Good questions.

  • How long until SEO actually shows results?

Local pack changes can land within 4 to 6 weeks if the GBP work is tight and the on-page changes are solid. Organic rankings on commercial keywords usually take 3 to 6 months to move meaningfully, depending on competition and your starting authority. We report on both leading indicators (impressions, clicks, GBP views) and trailing indicators (rankings, conversions) so you can see momentum before the rankings catch up.

  • Do you guarantee #1 rankings?

No. Anyone who guarantees #1 rankings is either lying or planning to game Google in a way that gets you penalized. We guarantee the work, the audit, the schema, the GBP, the on-page, the content briefs, and the work is what produces rankings.

  • What about AI search? ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews?

AI search citation is a real channel and growing fast for Keys queries. We structure content for AI Overview citation (direct-answer paragraphs, named entities, FAQ blocks) by default. And we track it with OMG Monitor, our own monitoring service, which probes the major answer engines weekly with your real customers' questions and reports whether you show up, who does instead, and how that changes month over month.

  • What is OMG Monitor?

Our monitoring service for client sites: Google Search and analytics collected daily, health and mobile-speed audits on a fixed schedule, weekly AI-visibility probes, a monthly branded report, and a client portal you can open any day. It can run on its own, without an SEO engagement, or bundled with search work as Monitor + Improve. Details and plans in the OMG Monitor section of this page.

  • How do you measure success?

Two layers. Trailing: keyword rankings on the priority terms, organic traffic, Google Business Profile views, calls, direction requests. Leading: indexation health, page speed, technical issues resolved, content shipped.

  • Can you fix a site that has been penalized?

Yes. We have done penalty recovery on local Keys sites that picked up a toxic backlink profile from a previous vendor. The first step is a manual link audit and disavow file; second step is the on-page and schema work that should have been done from the start.

  • Do you handle multiple Keys locations under one engagement?

Yes. Multi-location SEO is a specific muscle: distinct Google Business Profiles per location, per-location landing pages with unique content (no copy-paste with the town name swapped), local citations consistent across Yelp, Apple Maps, Bing Places, the Keys-specific directories, and an internal-linking architecture that ties everything back to the parent brand without cannibalizing. A multi-location engagement is more work in setup but the same monthly cadence after.

  • What is the role of reviews in Keys SEO?

Large, especially for local pack ranking. The signal Google reads is not just average star rating, it is velocity (how fast reviews come in), recency (how old the latest review is), and response rate (whether the business replies). A Keys restaurant with 380 reviews averaging 4.4 stars and a steady three-per-week velocity will out-rank a restaurant with 1,100 reviews averaging 4.6 but no new ones in the last six months.

  • What if I'm already ranking but the traffic isn't converting?

Then the SEO is doing its job and the conversion side is the problem. Common Keys patterns: the page that ranks is an old blog post that does not have a call to action, the Google Business Profile drives calls but the phone number is wrong, the booking flow is six steps when it should be two. We do this kind of CRO work either as a one-time engagement or rolled into ongoing SEO.

  • What do you need from me to start monitoring?

Read access to your Google Search Console and Google Analytics properties, and a list of the questions your customers actually ask: the ones you want an AI to answer with your name in them. There is no code to install and nothing to rebuild.

  • How is the monitor different from the report my current agency sends?

Most agency reports are monthly snapshots assembled by hand from whatever the person remembers to check. OMG Monitor collects on a fixed daily and weekly schedule, keeps the full history, compares every number against last month and last year, and watches AI answer engines, which almost no local report includes. You can also log into the portal any day and see it yourself.

  • Which AI engines does the monitor check?

The answer engines people actually use for local recommendations: the major assistants and AI search surfaces. We probe them with your real customer questions on a weekly schedule and track your presence in the answers over time.

  • Do I have to be an SEO client to get OMG Monitor?

No. Some clients run health-only monitoring on the site they already have; others run full search and AI-visibility monitoring; retainer clients get it bundled as Monitor + Improve. The watch list is built around your business, not a package tier.

  • What happens when something breaks?

The monitor flags it in your report and your portal view, and we already know we are looking at your site, because the team that runs the monitor is the team that fixes websites. Between reports, you have a direct line to the same studio.

  • Can my manager or bookkeeper see the reports too?

Yes. Each monitored site gets a portal view, and the monthly PDF goes wherever you want it. Several clients forward the report straight into their Friday staff meeting.
