Digital Ad Campaigns.

Put your offer in front of the right people and understand what happens after the click. Campaigns built around a clear goal, with creative and tracking considered together.

What we build

After a discovery call, we put the deliverables, timeline, and price in writing. One-time work, ongoing services, platform costs, and any minimum commitment are identified in the scope before you decide.

  • Pixel + tag setup

Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft UET if relevant

  • Conversion event configuration

    bookings, form submits, calls, purchases

  • GA4 ↔ ad-platform reconciliation

  • Audience setup

    custom, lookalike, retargeting

  • Campaign structure

meta-account, account, campaign, ad set, ad

  • Creative production (in-house photo and video where needed)

  • Reporting

weekly metric summary, monthly strategy review

How the work runs.

We agree on the campaign goal and check the tracking before planning the media spend.

  • Discovery

We start with what you actually do, who pays you, and where the friction is. Phone call, walk-through, intake doc.

  • Strategy

A short, written plan you can read in one sitting. Scope, deliverables, timeline, owner per task.

  • Execution

We build. You review at named checkpoints.

  • Handoff

Launched, documented, and yours. We stay on for ongoing care if you want it; we are not in the business of holding logins hostage.

On the scope, in writing.

Good questions.

  • How much ad spend do I need to start?

Every platform has a spend floor below which the algorithm cannot learn. Meta needs more than Google Search, which can work on a tighter budget if the keyword set is narrow. We size the budget with you before anything launches.

  • Do you take a percentage of ad spend?

No. We charge a fixed monthly management fee. Percentage-of-spend creates a perverse incentive, the agency makes more by recommending you spend more.

  • What platforms do you run?

Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) for most Keys clients. LinkedIn for B2B services. TikTok where the audience fits.

  • How is reporting structured?

Weekly: one-screen dashboard with spend, conversions, cost-per-conversion per platform. Monthly: 20-minute call where we walk through what shipped, what worked, what is changing next month.

  • Can I see what you actually run for other Keys clients?

Yes, with permission. Several of our clients allow us to share campaign structure and benchmarks on a call. We do not show creative or audience setup without client sign-off.

  • What if I already have an in-house person running ads?

We will work alongside them rather than around them. Common pattern: we own the instrumentation layer (pixels, conversion events, CAPI) and the strategic review, your in-house team owns day-to-day campaign management and creative production. We are paid less, your team gets the lift of better data and a sanity-check partner, and you do not have to choose between the two.

  • Do you run ads on Amazon, Apple Search Ads, or other niche platforms?

Generally no, unless your business has a specific reason to be there. Amazon Ads make sense if you have a SKU on Amazon; Apple Search Ads make sense if you have an app in the App Store. Neither describes most Keys businesses.

  • How do you handle creative when the ads need refreshing?

Creative fatigue is real and it shows up clearly in the data, frequency climbs, CTR drops, cost-per-conversion rises. We typically refresh creative every four to six weeks for active Meta campaigns and rotate three to five variants per ad set so we are not betting on one piece of creative carrying the campaign. Production happens under content creation if you are already on that engagement, or we quote it as part of the digital-ads scope if not.
