Social Media Marketing.

Give people a reason to follow, visit, and come back. A consistent social presence built from your team, your place, and the things happening in your business.

What we build

After a discovery call, we put the deliverables, timeline, and price in writing. One-time work, ongoing services, platform costs, and any minimum commitment are identified in the scope before you decide.

  • A monthly content strategy

themes, anchors, real holidays + Keys events

  • Photography and video shot on-property

  • Captions written by humans, not GPT-on-default

  • Cross-platform scheduling (IG, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn where it fits)

  • Community management

    replies, DMs, comments

  • Pixel + tag installation (Meta, TikTok) for ad-ready audiences

  • Monthly report

what worked, what did not, what to ship next

How the work runs.

We review your accounts, audience, and upcoming events, then plan the content together.

  • Discovery

We start with what you actually do, who pays you, and where the friction is. Phone call, walk-through, intake doc.

  • Strategy

A short, written plan you can read in one sitting. Scope, deliverables, timeline, owner per task.

  • Execution

We build. You review at named checkpoints.

  • Handoff

Launched, documented, and yours. We stay on for ongoing care if you want it; we are not in the business of holding logins hostage.

On the scope, in writing.

  • 12-20 Across 2 to 3 platforms

Good questions.

  • Do you run social on a monthly retainer?

Yes. Most clients are on a 3-month minimum to get traction, then month-to-month. We do not lock you into 12-month contracts.

  • Who actually writes the posts?

Our team. Captions, replies, comments, all written by humans on staff in the Keys. We will use AI to draft variants and ideate, but every published post is reviewed and edited by a person.

  • Can you shoot at our property?

Yes, and we do, every active social engagement includes a half-day shoot at your property each month. That is non-negotiable; you cannot run a Keys social account on stock photos.

  • Do you handle community management?

Yes, DMs, comments, mentions, story replies, reviews. We respond within 12 hours business-day. Anything time-critical (negative review, urgent customer question) goes to the owner immediately.

  • What about TikTok specifically?

TikTok is its own beast, it rewards a different cadence and a different content style than IG. We will run TikTok if it fits the audience (mostly: hospitality, dive, charter, entertainment). If your audience is over 50 and Marathon-local, we will push budget to Facebook and leave TikTok off the plan.

  • How do you measure whether the social work is actually moving the business?

Two layers, the same way we measure SEO. Trailing indicators are the obvious ones, followers, reach, profile visits, link-in-bio clicks, message volume. Leading indicators are the better ones, engagement rate by post type (we know which formats actually pull), share rate on reels (the most predictive single number for organic distribution), DM-to-booking conversion (if we can track it), and the qualitative side from your front-of-house: are walk-ins mentioning the social content, are calls referencing posts they saw.

  • Do you handle reviews and reputation on Google and TripAdvisor too?

Reviews on Google specifically, yes, that comes in under search & ai visibility because reviews are an SEO ranking factor as much as a brand signal. TripAdvisor, Yelp, OpenTable, Resy, marina-specific platforms, we can fold those into the engagement if your business lives on them, and the response cadence and tone matters the same way social does. For some clients (especially restaurants and resorts) the off-platform reviews drive more revenue than the social itself, so we treat them as a first-class part of the work.

  • What if my team wants to keep posting too, can we co-manage the account?

Yes, often. The pattern that works is a clear division: we run the scheduled content, the shoots, the campaign-style posts, the long captions, and community management; the in-house team posts the in-the-moment stories (catch of the day, today's specials, the dock at sunset). We give your team a one-page playbook for tone, hashtag use, and what to escalate.
