From arriving to an empty vacation kitchen To groceries handled before you pack.
The problem.
Having someone stock your vacation kitchen sounds wonderful, but first-time customers need to understand how it works. What can they order? Can they send their own list? What about something special for an anniversary? For a Marathon provisioning business, the website needs to explain the service just as clearly as it presents the groceries.
The client.
Provisions Ahead helps visitors arrive in Marathon with the groceries already handled. The business shops, delivers, and stocks vacation accommodations so guests can get straight to enjoying the Keys. OMG built a website that brings that service together with online shopping, giving travelers a place to plan their provisions before packing their bags.
What we did.
OMG paired the online store with a straightforward explanation of ordering, delivery, and arrival. Shoppers can browse familiar grocery categories, explore local favorites, or use the contact form to attach their own list. Separate pages cover common questions and the people behind the service. The homepage also introduces local suppliers, connecting the convenience of a stocked kitchen with the businesses that make a Keys vacation feel like a Keys vacation. Shopping and asking for help both have a clear place.
The finished project.
The site now gives visitors a practical way to prepare for their stay. They can browse provisions, learn what happens after ordering, and send a grocery list without having to piece the service together from scattered information. Local products sit alongside everyday essentials, making the business's connection to the Keys part of the shopping experience.
The takeaway.
When a business sells convenience, its website should explain the details and make the next step feel just as convenient.
