The problem.

Choosing a hotel means weighing more than location. Guests want to understand the rooms, the setting, the amenities, and whether the experience suits their trip. The Gardens needed a website that could communicate its peaceful Old Town setting while keeping room choices, property information, and the route to reservations easy to find.

The client.

The Gardens Hotel offers a quieter side of Old Town Key West, with tropical grounds and accommodations near Duval Street. For a hotel with a distinct sense of place, the website has to do more than show a room. OMG's design work connects the property's character with the practical details travelers need before reserving.

What we did.

The website pairs views of the grounds and accommodations with separate sections for guest rooms, the master suite, and cottages. Property and area pages let travelers explore both sides of the stay: time inside the gardens and time out in Key West. The hotel story, specials, and frequently asked questions provide further context. Reservation links appear prominently, while phone and email details give guests a direct way to ask questions. The design makes space for atmosphere without losing sight of planning a stay.

The finished project.

Travelers can explore accommodation types, learn about the property and neighborhood, and follow a direct link to the hotel's reservation service. The website brings the setting and the practical details into the same experience. It gives guests a fuller picture of what they're considering, with a clear next step when they're ready to book.

The takeaway.

A hotel website should help guests picture their stay, then make room details, practical questions, and the booking path easy to find.
